What we do with your details.
Short version: the only thing we collect is what you type into the contact form, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell it or send you anything you did not ask for.

Who we are
Crafty Developers builds websites and runs advertising campaigns, based in Bangalore, India. If you want to talk to a person about anything on this page, email hello@craftydevelopers.com or call +91 83107 22134.
What we collect
The contact form. Your name, email address, and — if you fill them in — your business name, a budget range, and your message. Nothing on that form is collected without you typing it.
Visitor numbers. We count page views using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not build a profile of you. We see totals — how many people visited, which pages, which country, phone or desktop — not individuals. This is why the site has no cookie banner: there are no cookies to ask you about.
Server logs. Our host keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, as every web server does. We do not use them for marketing.
Why we have it
To reply to your enquiry, and to work out whether the site is being found. That is the whole list. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or add you to a mailing list.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is emailed to us through Brevo, an email delivery service, and the site itself runs on Hostinger. Visitor counting is Cloudflare. Those three handle the delivery and the hosting; nobody else gets your details, and we do not pass them to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email and in a file on our server so we can find the conversation again later. If you would rather we did not keep yours, ask and we will delete it.
What you can ask for
Email hello@craftydevelopers.com and you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will do it, and we will not make you explain why.
If this changes
This page describes the site as it is today. If we ever add advertising or analytics that track individuals — the kind that needs cookies — this page changes first, and you will be asked before anything is set.
